Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. You can check-in from 3pm on the day of your booking. Check-out is by 11am please. Alternative times can be arranged in advance, though charges may apply.

Q. What is the check-out procedure?
A. We hope you enjoyed your stay. Once you’ve left your apartment, please return your keys to the building office no later than 11am.

Q. Is there somewhere I can leave my luggage while waiting for check-in/check-out?
A. No problem. There is an office located at each building where you can leave your luggage. The office is open Monday – Sunday 9am – 4pm. Although, please note that luggage is left at your own risk.

Q. How do I contact the Building Manager for an emergency out of hours?
A. The Building Manager’s number will be located at the bottom of your check-in details. An emergency number is also located in the contact page on mirabilisapartments.com.


Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. If you need to cancel or reduce your booking up to 7 days before arrival, we won’t charge a cancellation fee. However, if you cancel within 7 days of arrival you will be charged for your full booking.


Q. What if I need medical attention?
A. For all medical, police and fire emergencies dial 999. To speak to a Doctor or to get medical advice dial 111.


Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. We operate a STRICT no smoking policy in all of our apartments. If you smoke in the apartments, we’ll charge a £250 cleaning fee to your credit card.


Q. Are there laundry facilities?
A. All apartments are fitted with a Washer/Dryer combo machine and a clothes dryer and washing pods are provided in all of our apartments. There is also an iron and ironing board.


Q. Are pets allowed?
A. We’re afraid no pets are allowed into the apartments, except for guide dogs.


Q. Do you provide linen and towels?
A. Yes, all apartments come with linen and towels.


Q. Do you provide a cleaning/linen service?
A. If you are staying longer than 7 nights, we are pleased to offer a complimentary clean and linen change. If you’d like to book an additional apartment clean or linen change, please contact the building manager for prices. Our cleaning prices are based on the size of your apartment. We charge £30 per bedroom for clean linen.


Q. How many guests can be in the apartment?
A. Each apartment only allows 2 guests per bedroom, there is a strict no party/gathering policy.


Q. What do I do with my rubbish/recycling?
A. You may leave your rubbish in the apartment when you check-out. If you’re staying with us for a longer period, please take your rubbish to the building office.


Q. Where is the nearest Underground station?
A. All our residences are located within close proximity to tube stations. Please see the directions tab on mirabilisapartments.com for more information.


Q. Is there parking available at the apartments?
A. There is no parking available at the apartment buildings, although parking is available on the surrounding streets. You can pay per hour using RinGo and JustPark.com.


Q. Can parking permits be arranged?
A. Only permanent tenants can apply to the council for a parking permit.


Q. What is provided in the kitchen?
A. All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen containing a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6 people.


Q. Where can I buy extra amenities?
A. Amenities are available from the Building Manager, please see details below:
Nespresso Pods - £10.00 per pack of 10
Toiletries - £ 2.00 per item
Face Cloth - £ 2.00 (Guest to keep)

A. If you have any maintenance issues, please contact the building manager who will be happy to help.
