Exceptional service, from check in to check out

Like a lot of businesses in London right now, we've made some changes to our usual service offering.

On arrival, you can expect a safe, contactless check-in process. One of our friendly hosts will be on site and on call should you have any questions regarding the facilities . From minimal, modern fixtures to our super soft bed linen and towels, our apartments offer a clean and comfortable home away from home. All of our apartments house fully equipped kitchens, complete with Nespresso machines and complimentary Nespresso pods — perfect for your daily caffeine fix. If you need anything during your stay, don't hesitate to contact our hosts. They'll be on call.

Cleanliness is super important to us, especially now. When you arrive, you'll find your apartment spotlessly clean with complimentary hand sanitiser and face masks. If your booking is for longer than 7 nights, we are pleased to offer a complimentary linen change. All of our apartments come complete with a Washer/Dryer, laundry pods and an iron and ironing board too.

Work from home in comfort

Our serviced apartments provide the perfect base if you're travelling for work. Not only do our apartments provide more home comforts than a hotel room, they also offer comfortable desk space and a great WiFi connection. So you can catch up on those emails, in between meetings, completely undisturbed.

When you do need to head into town, both of our residences are located within minutes of a tube station.
